Online Carpets Price Checks
At Online Carpets we work very to hard to ensure that our customers are receiving the best possible price. We check 1000’s of competitor prices every day to help ensure that our prices are the lowest in the UK. We also check competitor's shipping policies and promotions. If we find a product being offered, or delivered at a lower price, we take action to reduce our prices further.
If we find a product price cheaper on a competitor's website
After a quick check to ensure the product is like-for-like, we will reduce our price to at least match a competitor's price. As a further note, some competitors add on VAT and delivery charges at the checkout, so on some occasions we may have a slightly higher product price than a competitor, but once prices are compared after all VAT and delivery charges are added we should be matching the competitor, if we are not at least matching we will look to reduce our price. If you have found a like-for-like product cheaper on another website (which includes VAT and shipping prices) please feel free to reach out to us and we can review this for you.

If we find a competitor with cheaper express next working day shipping
We will urgently review the competitor offer and review our shipping policies internally. Our current express delivery is a working day doorstep service. This service is free of charge for orders of £199 and over, and £19.95 for orders below £199, unless the delivery address is located in a surcharge area. To our knowledge this is the cheapest delivery price offered by any of our competitors. Please feel free to check out our delivery page for more information on this.
If we find that a competitor's promotion takes their product price below ours
We will review the sale offer on the competitor's website to check which products have been discounted. We will then either match the competitor's promotion entirely or adjust our pricing to ensure that we continue to deliver the best value.
