Continued investment and evolution
As our business has grown, we have continued to invest in infrastructure, personnel, transport logistics, stock and our online shopping platform to ensure that our customers get the best possible service and price.
This includes a website re-launch in 2015 that included a responsive design to aid easier navigation for customers on tablet and mobile. And a re-platform in 2021 to again give customers a better experience with a fresh design and improved product photography.
We have made huge investments in multiple warehouses, which now include automated cutting machines and goods handling to ensure a fast, efficient process, from stock to delivery.
