This underlay is our most hardwearing underlay it will last for years and years.
This underlay is supplied in Easy to Lift rolls. Each roll is 1.37m wide.
This 10mm thick carpet underlay will make your new carpet feel better and last longer. It will also improve the sound and heat insulation of your room.

Delivery date (4 items) was arranged for the 9th March, last 2 parts turned up on the 16th! (got lost apparently). Customer service 'implied' that I was making a fuss by asking where my delivery was, when it was only 2 days late! Apparently, the delivery company have a '3 day delivery timeframe' within which Online carpets don't get involved. (But they don't tell you that when you order)However, as I stated that I was 'not happy to follow this process' she then rang the delivery company to 'raise searches for your missing underlay'. Surely that should happen without me having to ask? It very much feels to me like they feel that their obligation has ended, once they pass the delivery onto the courier. As I was told last year when my previous delivery was late, 'as we dispatch thousands of items daily we are not in a position to continuously monitor the progress of the deliveries and rely on the courier to make us aware of an issue, if we are not made aware then there are no actions we can take.' But surely the courier only responds in the way that you instruct them to? If you tell them to contact you if they're not going to deliver on a specific day, they will do that. You make the rules, not your courier. The annoying thing is that when I had a similar scenario with them from my order just over 12 months ago. I vowed not to use them any longer, but felt I had no choice with the lockdown happening, and the carpet shops shut. This time, I definitely won't use them again. Good Morning,Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your order.We are truly sorry to hear of these issues with your order.We would certainly not have expected for your full order to take as long as it did for it to be delivered. Apologies that this was the case.We can see that your full order was dispatched 08/03/2021 on a next working day delivery service with the courier we use, therefore we would have expected your full order to be delivered 09/03/2021 as per your selected delivery date. Once we had established that the underlay had not been received at the local courier depot we asked the courier to carry out some warehouse/depot searches to see if they could locate the underlay and put this out for delivery for you. Unfortunately the courier reported back that the searches came back negative and that they were unable to locate the underlay. This will be investigated and fed back with the courier, we can only assume at this stage that the underlay has got lost within the courier network, it maybe that it has been mis-sorted at the connection depot and has been sent to an incorrect delivery depot for example.We can see that a replacement underlay order was dispatched and has since been delivered.We are also sorry to hear that you thought the customer service team was unhelpful and made you feel like you was causing a fuss, this should certainly not be the case as we aim to try to resolve any complaints or delays as quickly as we can, and as you have pointed out all you were trying to do was see where you underlay was that you had ordered and paid for.
