The 12.5mm saxony pile gives you a comfortable feel and the two-ply yarn adds a beautiful feel. Soft and cushioned underfoot, this carpet looks great in bedrooms, living rooms and more, and is even hard wearing enough to go into area like halls. The polypropylene fibres in the pile make it stain resistant and you can use a dilute bleach solution on it for any perfect for any accidental spills.

Good Afternoon,Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your order.We are sorry to hear the carpet arrived damaged which of course should not happen, so apologies this was the case.We do have quality checks in place to check the orders are in a good condition before packaging and dispatching, so we would assume the carpet has been damaged in transit after leaving our warehouse.We do advise within our Terms & Conditions to check the items prior to fitting so that we can arrange a like for like collection and replacement if needs be, unfortunately once the carpet has been installed or cut and is no longer in its original condition we can no longer accept the the goods back. We are not sure from your feedback if the carpet has now been fitted or if you have just unrolled it and noticed the damage.
