Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your order. We are sorry to hear you have not received your rug yet. We can see that your order was received 25/11/2020 with a delivery date of 27/11/2020, thank you. Therefore your order was processed and dispatched on 26/11/2020. The courier marked on their tracking system that the whole order (4 items) were successfully delivered , but we can see you contacted us to advise the rug was not delivered, therefore we arranged for this to be dispatched again and delivered 04/12/2020, however the driver failed the job as he reported back that nobody was in / he could not gain access to the building, despite ringing the buzzer intercom system. The rug has now been re-planned in for delivery this Wednesday 9th December Apologies for any inconvenience caused Kind Regards |
