You can clean this carpet with a dilute bleach solution and it is stain resistant thanks to its polypropylene fibres.

You can fit this carpet without an underlay with its felt backing. We would recommend adding an underlay as it can enhance the cushioning and insulation of your carpet as you use it and even help to extend its lifetime.
