Hello,Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback for your order. We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your recent flooring order. We do advertise samples are available upon request to ensure customers are happy with the flooring before ordering. If there are heavy household goods or item on place of the vinyl, this will apply pressure and cause the vinyl to soften which lead to tears/rips. Vinyl is prone to ripping if put under the correct stresses and even the highest quality vinyl can be ripped relatively easily. If you do wish to discuss this customer please don’t hesitate to contact our customer services team.Kind Regards, |
