Status - Delivery within 10 working days of despatch.


Due to the volumes of communication we are currently receiving we have had to take the difficult decision to turn off our phone lines and live chat temporarily to ensure we are able to service all of our customers.

We are still available via email for any contact however we would ask that customers do not email more than once before receiving a response from us as this will reset your position in our response queue and may delay our response. We expect most customers to receive a response to their enquiry within 48 hours during busy periods.

Tracking Information

For your order will be emailed once we dispatch your item(s). You should receive an email by 8pm the day before scheduled delivery with the subject: "Your Flooring Order Is Due For Delivery".

Delivery Time Slots

We are unfortunately unable to provide specific delivery time slots for courier deliveries. With this in mind we would encourage you to check the tracking link in the email mentioned above daily as the status will update to "Out For Delivery" on the day the order is loaded to a delivery vehicle to save unnecessary waiting in if there has been an unforeseen delay. If your order is being delivered by one of our vehicles we will contact you should we experience an issue that will prevent delivery taking place on your preferred date.

Delivery

We are expecting the majority of orders to be delivered within 10 working days of the order being placed.  Please do not contact us chase your order is within the 10 working day timescale quoted on site as we will be unable to provide an update for your order. 

You should instead continue to track using the link provided in the email titled: "Your Flooring Order Is Due For Delivery". If you have not received your order after 10 working days we can look to chase up the courier on your behalf and try to provide an update but only at this point.

Leaving Items

If you are not available to accept delivery please leave a signed and dated note on your door with details on where you would like your items left.

Drivers Calling Ahead

We pass your contact details given to us during checkout onto the courier. But we cannot guarantee that the driver will call ahead. In many cases courier drivers do not have company phones so will not call ahead. With this in mind if there is a chance you will not be home to accept delivery we would strongly recommend leaving a signed and dated note with instructions on where the order can be left as per the above point.


Ordering Samples

You can place an order for free samples via the product page. You can order up to 6 samples at once. Due to customer service working from home we can only process samples ordered through our website currently.

Delivery Time of Samples

In most cases samples should arrive within 3-5 working days of order. In some areas there maybe some COVID-19 related delays so please allow up to a week for your samples to arrive. If they have not arrived within a week of your request please re-request through the website.

I've not received all of my samples

Due to the high volume of requests and lead time for processing we currently have we are dispatching what is available rather than holding the order back until all samples requested are available to send. If you are missing samples from your pack that you still want to see please re-request these through the website.


Some items are currently not available to purchase due to supply issues relating to manufacturer shutdowns because of COVID-19.

As soon as we have the items back in stock they will be available to purchase again. Unfortunately we cannot give any specific time scales on when items will be back in stock.


We can accept return of any unwanted items provided they have not been cut into, changed in any way or fitted and can be returned in their original packaging.

If you would like us to arrange return on your behalf we are able to do so for a fee of £20 for a single item and an extra £10 per additional item. This charge goes towards some of the return costs we incur and is non refundable. To arrange this please call us on 0800 9705 705.
