The iSense Hermes Carpet has the softest pile on the market, and comes in a selection of soft, subtle colours.
If you've never felt this carpet before, you're missing out! If you haven't already, you need to order a sample just to feel how soft this carpet is. All other carpets just don't quite hold up to it.
This range is made of polyamide, a super hard wearing material that outclasses other materials in durability and softness. The saxony pile is made of incredibly thin threads that feel softer than anything else on the market. Polyamide can be dyed a wider range of colours than other materials so this range has some unique, subtle colours.
The backing is also unique as it's a 'twinback'. This is an actionback with a fine layer of felt to add extra comfort and ease of fitting. Actionback carpets are quite tough and could scratch paintwork when fitting, the layer of felt is added to reduce that chance. You should always add a good quality underlay when fitting this carpet as this will make it last longer and also feel even softer!

Good Afternoon,Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your order.We are very sorry to hear of this issue with your order.Firstly sorry to hear that you were unable to get through on the phone lines, we have been experiencing a very high volume of calls into the customer service help desk. We dont actually have a Judy work for us , so i am unsure who this person was. We can see that your full order was dispatched and planned in for delivery on 09/03/2021. However we can see that due to a loading issue at the local delivery depot one of the carpets was not loaded onto the delivery vehicle and was not delivered as intended. Apologies that this was the case, this will be fed back to the relevant department.The missing carpet was then dispatched on 12/03/2021 with the courier that we use on a next working day delivery service, however unfortunately the courier reported back that the carpet was never received at the delivery depot. We did ask the courier to carry out some warehouse/depot searches to try to locate the carpet.We can see that you requested for the carpet to be refunded as opposed to a new carpet being sent out, the refund has subsequently been processed.We are truly sorry for all the inconvenience causedKind Regards |

We do advise within our Terms & Conditions that the delivery date is not guaranteed just in case there are any unexpected delays with dispatch or in transit. We can see your order was dispatched on time but there was a delay in the order arriving at the local Dundee depot unfortunately.
