It is not particularly designed to withstand a lot of traffic or heavy objects on it such as larger furniture items.We do offer a free sample service so that you can check the carpet before purchasing to make sure you think it is suitable. Most of the carpet is good but there is a hole with a rust mark in it. Can't say I'm happy about it, it cost enough! Don't know how it could be missed at the packing stage.

We do advise within our Terms & Conditions to check the flooring for any unexpected faults or defects before cutting and installing at which point we will happily arrange a collection and replacement if required (providing this is within 60 days of receipt of the order) Once the flooring has been installed and is no longer in its original condition this is not something we can generally offer, sorry. Whilst we do have quality checks in place within our dispatch department the warehouse is void of natural lighting so occasionally defects or damage can be missed. Both rolls were shorter than requested, luckily it was only cheap cord carpet otherwise I would have been really annoyed. Won't be using online carpets again. Anyone ordering from them I advise you to measure on delivery or not order from them at all. Ended up wasting 100 quid

Therefore your order was dispatched 17/02/2021 with the courier we use for intended delivery to yourself on 18/02/2021, however we can see that due to a delay at the local courier delivery depot the order was not delivered until 22/02/2021.
