With a soft 15mm pile and a 17mm overall thickness the Vision Luxury Saxony is perfect for cosy bedrooms and living rooms.
The Vision Luxury Saxony carpet comes in numerous natural shades of beige and grey, all of which will offer a subtle back drop to your room.
This carpet is made from polypropylene materials which means the carpet can be cleaned with a dilute bleach solution should any light spillages occur.

From reading through the notes between yourself and our customer service team we can see that you disagree that any call was made, as a result this is being investigated with our transport department. Firstly we are disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with the customer service provided over the phone as all our customer service agents are trained to deal with customers professionally and in an appropriate manner so this will be fed back to the relevant department. We can see your order was received 26/11/2020 with a delivery date of 02/12/2020, therefore your order was processed and planned in for delivery 02/12/2020 however unfortunately the delivery vehicle broke down which we can see resulted in your order not being delivered as intended. Apologies that this was the case and that no other update was communicated to you other than the email in the morning to advise of the breakdown. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the overall delivery service We can see your full order was dispatched 02/11/2020 for the intended delivery to yourself 03/11/2020 with Tuffnells so everything should have arrived together, however we can see that there was a delay with the order arriving at the local Tuffnells delivery depot , and there was a further delay with the grippers arriving which we investigated with Tuffnells who did then locate the grippers but by which time we appreciate this was too late so we can see that we have arranged for the grippers to be refunded. As a company we do try and deliver as many orders as possible with our own delivery drivers and moving forward we are aiming to increase this further and becoming less reliant on third party couriers We have passed your comments on to our feedback team to investigate this Apologies for all the inconvenience caused Kind Regards |
