Description
The Oxford Twist Carpet range is an 7mm thick felt back twist carpet with a wide range of bright, striking colours.
Most Oxford Twist Carpets are available in 5m widths which is great for wider than normal rooms, allowing you to fit without joins. Please Contact Us for more information.
Made from 100% Polypropylene, these carpets are naturally stain resistant and can be cleaned with a bleach solution.
Two-tone fibres give each colour depth and a more rounded tone that works well in any room. The colours available in this range are: Dark Brown, Oriental Blue, Hot Pink, Ebony Black, Natural Brown, Rustic Red, Cappuccino, Suede, Silver, and Ivory.
A felt backing means this range is very easy to fit, and can be laid without an underlay. Fitting with an underlay would increase your carpet's lifetime and increase the comfort of your floor. Click to see our full range of Carpet Underlay.

Good Morning,Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your order.We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the overall service provided.We can see that your order was received 29/01/2021 thank you. Therefore your order was processed and dispatched with the courier we use, however we can see that you contacted us to advise that one of the carpets had not been received at which point we contacted the courier to provide them with a description of the carpet so that they could carry out some depot searches to try to locate the carpet. The courier later came back to us to advise that the depot searches had come back negative and they were unable to locate the carpet.Once we had established that the carpet appeared to be lost in transit we arranged for this to be re-dispatched 09/02/2021 for intended delivery to yourself on 10/02/2021 . The initial plan was for the order to be sent with our own transport team which would have generated the 3 hour timeslot but the order was actually resent with the courier who does not provide a timeslot. A customer service agent has spoken with the courier this morning regrading the replacement and unfortunately they are advising again that they have not received the carpet at the local delivery depot (Rhyl).Therefore we are really sorry to advise that we will have to re-dispatch the carpet again tomorrow for intended delivery to yourself on MondayWe have passed your comments on to our feedback team to investigateApologies for all the delays with your order and for the inconvenience causedKind Regards |
