The Fraser Feltback Saxony Carpet is an excellent entry level saxony carpet, perfect for those that are looking for a saxony carpet on a budget.
The Fraser carpet comes in a number of earthy shades that will all complement any room style or decor, whether it be a contemporary or traditional style room.
Each carpet option has a combination of shades within the carpet pile that will help hide any day to day imperfections, whilst also giving a luxurious appearance to the room.
The 100% polypropylene structure means that Fraser Feltback Saxony Carpet can be cleaned with a dilute bleach solution should any light spillages occur, this makes this carpet suitable for the domestic home and in particular bedrooms and lounge areas.
With a felt backing the Fraser carpet can be fitted without underlay with ease, however, with one of our great carpet underlays this carpet will feel even better and last even longer!

Good Morning,Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your order.We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the delivery service.We can see that we sent you a dispatch email the day before the delivery to advise that the driver should be with you between 08:14 and 11:14.This time was given out in good faith and whilst the vast majority of orders do arrive within the timeslot given there maybe occasions where this does not happen due to traffic, the driver being delayed on a delivery or a customer cancelling at short notice which would result in the driver getting ahead of schedule.. We can see the driver marked the job as failed at 07:50.The customer service team did try and contact the driver on more than one occasion but unfortunately by the time the driver received the message he was outside of the area so was unable to go back to your property, sorry.Apologies that the delivery was not attempted during the timeslot, this will be fed back to the relevant department.We can see that we have since refunded your order in full.Apologies for all the inconvenience caused.Kind Regards |

We do state within our Terms & Conditions to check the carpet before fitting and installing so that we can arrange a like for like collection and replacement if needs be. Once the carpet has been installed this is not something we are able to offer unfortunately. That said the carpet should not have arrived in this condition and it is disappointing to hear it has as we carry out quality checks within our cutting/dispatch department to try and ensure each carpet is correct and in a good condition before sending, so this will be fed back to the relevant department.
