Let the Alya 8046 Safetex Tile Vinyl Flooring provide the ultimate finishing touch to your room with its elegant charm and appeal. The textured stone design is grey with specks of silver and black and has an R11 anti slip rating, higher than most domestic vinyls! Safe for all ages young and old, this vinyl is coated with a layer of water resistant polyurethane making it suitable for all rooms of your home including bathrooms and kitchens.


This vinyl can be laid over underfloor heating and is much warmer underfoot than real stone flooring.
