Yes. We post free samples of all our carpets and vinyl flooring. Visit our Free Sample page for more information.

 

 

How long does delivery take?

Next Day Delivery is available on most orders placed before 12pm. The two man delivery service takes from 2 - 5 days.

 

 

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices on our website include VAT & Delivery. So there are no hidden charges at the checkout.

 

 

Do feltback carpets need a underlay?

Feltback carpets can be fitted with or without carpet underlay. Underlay makes your new carpet last longer and feel better underfoot.

 

 

How can I place a order?

You can place your order online or over the telephone. All payments are processed securely & we never store any financial information.

 

 

How do I measure my floor?

Just measure the longest and widest part of your room. Remember to measure into any doorways. If you need any help please contact us.
